Friends of Island Library (FOIL) is responsible for the scheduling of events at the Library building outside of Library business hours. Contact Joan Keiper to schedule an event. Note: there are some limitations on types of events that can be held in the Library. Please read the Meeting Room and Facilities Use Guidelines and Meeting Room and Facilities Use Policy before asking to schedule the meeting room. A WCLS Library employee or FOIL Board member must be present at all events.
